Wow. We can’t believe Stately Atelier is finally here for all of YOU to see!
Seems like just yesterday we were sitting around our dinner table talking about what it would look like if the three of us went into business together; something that we have always wanted to do.
Being raised in a family of entrepreneurs, the topic of business has always been a part of family dinner conversations, road trips, and vacations (we can’t escape it), but it was early 2024 when us sisters started to get more serious about actually taking action on all of the ideas we’ve had. For months, we talked through possible business options. The ideas were flying, but nothing landed until the concept of “framing luxury scarves” popped up in our conversation and never left. We absolutely loved it. Scarves and Art… the perfect combo.

Our love for scarves has always been there, but looking back, it was during a sister trip to Europe that we took in the Summer of 2023 where a lot of our inspiration for Stately came from. Our first stop was Como, where we visited some of the world's best silk shops. The amount of care, passion, and love that went into every single scarf inspired and amazed us.
To us, scarves make such a statement, and they have a way of adding a level of polish, excitement, and elegance to the simplest of looks. We left that trip with some fun purchases, including our matching butterfly scarves, which turned into some of the inspo behind our Stately Atelier logo!
All three of us sisters have our own unique passion and eye for art, which has served us so well as we have worked together to build our Stately scarf collection. Our scarves speak to us, we see the story they tell, and we love them so very much.
What is in the name
Some may be wondering, “How did you come up with the name, Stately Atelier?” Throughout all of our brainstorming, we continued to go back to what luxury scarves mean to us - strong, fashionable, chic, bold, regal, beautiful, unique, conversation starter, timeless, classic, street fashion, the list goes on.
Stately meaning dignified and majestic and Atelier being French for studio or workshop, felt like the perfect blend for what our company and our art represents. Every piece of art that we create has a feeling of sophistication and we really wanted to highlight France's deep-rooted silk industry and scarf history, along with the innovation of luxury brands like Hermès and the influence of Parisian fashion - hence Atelier.

Our Mission
The reason we have started this business is much bigger than creating beautiful art pieces. Stately Atelier is on a mission to revitalize and celebrate the beauty of unique art pieces. In this day and age, there is so much of the same. Whether it’s art, humans, or ideas, we have always valued uniqueness and individuality. There is something to be said for one of a kind items that no one else will ever have, and that is what we are striving for in every piece of art that we create. We have made a pact that all of our art pieces will be unique and special in their very own way.
